Hi, welcome to Hello You Candles! Our Custom Candles are made with 100% American grown, eco-friendly soy wax, and we only use clean burning fragrance and essential oils to scent our candles. Our candles are always free of dyes, harsh chemicals and pollutants and are hand poured in our shop in Laguna Hills, California. A clean candle is a better candle, better for you and better for the environment.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

1 - 4 oz, 9 oz or 16 oz soy candle in the design shown above, complete with your personal message printed on the back of the candle.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to very limited space on the 4 oz mini we we recommend keeping your message to 15-20 words. Longer messages may need to be printed on a card rather than the back of the candle.

SIZE GUIDE:

~ 4 oz candle measures approximately 3 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter, 20 hour burn time

~ 9 oz candle measures approximately 3.75 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter, 40 hour burn time

~ 16 oz candle measures approximately 5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, 70 hour burn time

We ship all candles via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Please check our shop announcement for our current lead time.

Each order is complete with your personal message to your recipient printed on the candle. Sorry, the label artwork cannot be changed. If you don't see what you are looking for please contact us with your request and we will do our best to come up with something special.

Sizing details

Our candles measure approximately 2.75 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches tall. They are filled with 9 oz of soy wax and have an approximate burn time of 50 hours.

Care instructions

Candles should always be stored in a cool dry place. Never burn candles unattended. For best results the first time you burn your candle allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the glass. Dip the wick into the wax to extinguish and always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

Each candle will be shipped beautifully packaged in our signature gift box. Please see listing images for a picture of our product packaging.

I placed an order of several candles totaling over $100 on 11/22, hoping they would arrive in time for my 12/10 event. Instead, they did not arrive until 12/16. While I respect that the shop owner took time for family during Thanksgiving, I expected the order to be completed in the days leading up to the holiday. Communication was ok, she did accommodate an address change due to this delay but there were 2 days without response, and no effort was made to offer expedited shipping. This was frustrating since I ordered before Black Friday specifically to avoid delays. The candles themselves are very simple and in my opinion not worth the cost. The delay meant I had no gifts for my colleagues at our 12/10 event, which was the main reason for my purchase. Overall, very disappointed and would not order from this store again.
