Our Michigan State Candles are made with 100% American grown, eco-friendly soy wax, and we only use clean burning fragrance and essential oils to scent our candles. Our candles are always free of dyes, harsh chemicals and pollutants and are hand poured in our shop in Laguna Hills, California. A clean candle is a better candle, better for you and better for the environment.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:

1 - 4 oz, 9 oz or 16 oz soy candle in the design shown above, complete with your personal message printed on the back of the candle.

SIZE GUIDE:

~ 4 oz candle measures approximately 3 inches tall and 2 inches in diameter, 20 hour burn time.

~ 9 oz candle measures approximately 3.75 inches tall and 2.75 inches in diameter, 40 hour burn time.

~ 16 oz candle measures approximately 5 inches tall and 3 inches in diameter, 70 hour burn time.

We ship all candles via USPS 2-3 day priority mail. Please check our shop announcement for our current lead time.

Each order is complete with your personal message to your recipient printed on the candle. Sorry, the label artwork cannot be changed. If you don't see what you are looking for please contact us with your request and we will do our best to come up with something special.

Sizing details

Our candles measure approximately 2.75 inches in diameter and 3.5 inches tall. They are filled with 9 oz of soy wax and have an approximate burn time of 50 hours.

Care instructions

Candles should always be stored in a cool dry place. Never burn candles unattended. For best results the first time you burn your candle allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the glass. Dip the wick into the wax to extinguish and always trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use.

I really am reluctant to write this review, because the candle is high quality with the appearance, the wax, and the wick… BUT the reason I bought the candle was because someone said it really smells like Michigan. If Michigan smells like soap, laundry detergent, and manufactured sea-breeze that might be true…. But as someone born and raised in the mitten, it just really missed the mark. My fiancé said it smells “good, like you just got out of the shower” but really not like home. Just know what you’re getting into when you buy this one.

I bought this for my grandpa who used to go hunting up north and lives in Florida now. He loves it! Said it smells just like up north and it was a great gift! Will be buying more!
